The Salvation Army rallied to provide supplies and support to those impacted by the Bridger Foothills Fire.
Consequently, they are not able cover normal office hours. They need volunteers to help with this coverage. Volunteers will answer phone calls, write detailed messages, communicate with staff and partners, and support collaborative response efforts. The ideal volunteer will be a strong communicator, a good listener, practice patience, and have great interpersonal skills.
Volunteers may bring other things to work on during their shift, but must be able to quickly respond to phone calls. Please only sign up for the shifts you can definitely attend. Shifts are three hours. You may sign up for more than one shift.
The hours and days that need coverage are:
Tuesday, September 8th, 9am - 3pm
Wednesday, September 9th, 9am - 3pm
Thursday, September 10th, 9am - 3pm
Monday, September 14th, 9am - 3pm
Tuesday, September 15th, 9am - 3pm
Wednesday, September 16th, 9am - 3pm
Thursday, September 17th, 9am - 3pm
BEFORE YOU GO:
If you sign up, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your shift. Bring a mask and any personal belongings you need to be comfortable while you work such as layers, a water bottle, snacks, etc.
