Help the physical and social well-being of seniors! Lead seniors in light stretching and physical activity. This could be a "chair" activity or a more extensive activity in an open area. Help encourage seniors and provide information so seniors can continue these exercises at home. This will benefit the seniors physical and social well-being as they are able to participate and engage in more social and community activities. Helping seniors focus on their physical well-being can help alleviate certain medical issues they may have. The classes will be held at the Manhattan Senior Center.
