Help seniors improve their physical health and contribute to their social and emotional well-being by leading a walking group. Meet seniors at a designated location and begin walking along the quiet streets of Manhattan or along a designated walk/bike path. A fifteen and thirty minute route can be mapped out to fit the need of individuals.
