The Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for organizing, training, and overseeing volunteers to work in the ticket office prior to productions. Opera performances are in April and October. Musical is in February. Ticket coordinator needs to work the six weeks leading up to performances.
The Ticket Sales Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.
Some, but not all, of the Tasks include:
*Recruit volunteers to sell tickets in the office before and at the performances.
*Train volunteers.
*Schedule Shifts for office hours, rush sales, and production.
Volunteer hours worked go toward a Gift Certificate good towards any Opera performance.
