If you answered yes, consider becoming a Volunteer Advocate.
Volunteer Advocates provide support, advocacy, and referrals for survivors of domestic or sexual violence, their families, and loved ones. Volunteer Advocates will work 1-on-1 with participants by giving referrals, safety planning, and being a safe person to talk to.
You are provided a cell phone, so your personal contact information is completely confidential. You do not need to live in Livingston to be an advocate.Volunteer advocates answer the support line after business hours 1 to 2 days a month.
