Ushers are responsible for greeting and assisting patrons to their seats, distributing programs, and dealing with problems during performances.
Ushers will have complimentary tickets, being seated by the doors so that they can assist patrons and can be seated when tasks are complete.
Ushers report to Head Usher.
Must be able to greet and converse with patrons, walk safely in dim lighting and up and down stairs.
Monitor exits and entrances during performance.
Opera performances are in May and October, with a winter musical in February.
